CrossFit became my favorite way to train, and that love for fitness led me to start personal training in 2012. In 2014, I earned my CrossFit Level 1 and began coaching, followed by my Level 2 and USA Weightlifting certification in 2017.

Over the years, I’ve helped clients of all backgrounds build strength, confidence, and discipline- both in and out of the gym. I started Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in 2008 and quickly became passionate about competing and improving my performance. My passion for Jiu Jitsu never faded, and after years of training, I earned my black belt. When I’m not coaching or training, I’m spending time with my family or studying new ways to improve performance and longevity.
