What We Offer
Summer Program
Our Physical Education Program is a structured, age-appropriate fitness and movement curriculum designed specifically for homeschool students. The program focuses on developing fundamental motor skills, strength, coordination, flexibility, and overall physical wellness through a combination of guided exercise, interactive games, and skill-based activities. Led by qualified instructors, each session promotes healthy habits, teamwork, confidence, and goal setting in a safe and supportive environment. The curriculum aligns with general physical education standards while allowing flexibility to meet the diverse needs of homeschool families, making it an ideal component of a well-rounded home education plan. Designed for ages 6-12.

When are classes held?
Mondays & Wednesdays from 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM
What is the cost?
$479.25 per 8-week pack
What should my child bring?
Water bottle, sneakers, and comfortable workout clothes
Can parents stay or drop off?
Both options are available; parents are welcome to stay or drop off their child during class

Teen Program
Our Teen Program is a structured fitness program designed specifically for kids ages 12–15. The program focuses on developing strength, proper movement mechanics, coordination, and overall fitness through a combination of coach-led warmups, skill and strength work, and structured workouts. We prioritize building strong foundations by emphasizing form and technique while introducing the building blocks of key functional movements. Led by a certified youth instructor, each session promotes confidence, discipline, and healthy habits in a supportive and engaging environment amongst their peers..

Tuesdays & Thursdays from 5:30pm - 6:30pm
What is the cost?
$106.50 per month
What should my child bring?
